This is where you can make your bookings! Just follow the steps below. The hall is available for classes, parties and events, please get in touch to discuss your requirements. We are only responsible for the hall and the car park. The playing field and playground are the responsibility of Catterall Parish Council.
Step 1 : Check the calendar.
If you would like to book the hall for a regular, recurring event or check availablity of the small room, please contact us by email.
We have around 18 tables and 100 chairs available to use, plus a well equipped kitchen.
Full details about the facilities we have and dimensions of the halls can be found on the about page. We do not allow bouncy castles/inflatables in the hall.
The hall has a maximum capacity of around 100 in a conference layout, or 70 with tables and chairs.
The Hall has access ramps, accessible toilet and a portable Hearing Loop for any disabled visitors.
Step 2 : Cost of hire
For party hire, we offer a discount to Catterall residents. A Catterall resident is defined as anyone living between the village hall/River Calder and Joe Lane.

A party slot is based on 4 hours to allow set up before and clean up afterwards. Please book from when you would like access to the hall.
We do ask for a refundable damage deposit, which will be returned within a few days of your event upon satisfactory inspection of the hall.
Step 3 : Make your booking
Once you have completed the form, we will send you an invoice within a week. If the slot is shown as available on the calendar, you can consider your booking as accepted while you wait for the invoice to arrive.
Step 4 : Your event
A day or 2 before your event you will be contacted by the bookings secretary with the latest access code for the hall.
